This company called Spanner & Spoke have come up with this fantastic idea. What you do is pay a monthly subscription, it doesn’t matter what bike you have, you can have a road bike, you can have a mountain bike, it really doesn’t matter. For £19.99 a month you get a full service where they strip the whole bike down and put it all back together again and for the rest of the year the other little bits and pieces that go wrong they will fix for you, so basically it means when you are ready to ride the bike is ready to ride. Our Platinum Service Plan

Annual contract service plan comprising one Platinum Service per year, which is a full strip down, regrease and rebuild of your bike, and Unlimited Repairs for the rest of year, any brand, any model, any make for only £19.99 per month or less.

Platinum Service Plan from £19.99 per month / £219.89 per year

  • Any brand, any model, any make – road bikes, mountain bikes, e-bikes, hybrid bikes, commuter bikes etc.
  • Platinum Service – full strip down, all components removed off the frame; headset, hubs, linkage and bottom bracket regreased as required; drive train parts and components washed; all parts lubricated and reinstalled to manufacture torque standards. Replacement parts and suspension service advisory, parts and suspension servicing are not included in the package.
  • Unlimited Repairs – Gear tune up, brake bleed, hub service, linkage service, bottom brackets, wheel tru, hanger alignment, E-bike software updates, warranty claims. Note this is not a full strip down service and is intended for addressing stand-alone issues. Replacement parts and suspension service advisory, parts and suspension servicing are not included in the package.
  • Monthly payment subscription at £19.99 per month, or Annual payment subscription for £219.89 per year (saving £19.99) – inflationary pricing review at the end of each contract year at the discretion of Spanner & Spoke. Annual contract renewals and pricing reviews will not be passed through without prior written communication.
